Engineering for One Planet Initiative Invites New Applicants to Join Network through August 12

Attention engineering educators, students, and practitioners: the Engineering for One Planet Initiative (EOP) is inviting new applicants to join the network through August 12, 2022. Click here to apply. In 2020, we launched EOP in partnership with VentureWell and with the collaboration of hundreds of stakeholders. The EOP Network brings these diverse stakeholders together to transform engineering education so all engineers are equipped with the understanding, knowledge, and skills of social and environmental sustainability to ensure their work contributes to a healthy world for lifetimes to come. Network members identify and pursue projects and collaborations that further the network’s purpose. Individuals from Black, Indigenous, Asian, and Latinx backgrounds and from all gender identities and political affiliations are especially encouraged to apply. By joining the EOP Network you will have the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds who share a commitment to redefining engineering education to equip all engineers with fundamental skills in environmental and social sustainability.
