Susan Morse, a founding member of the Foundation’s Board of Directors, is an architect and currently serves as the design principal of SML Design Studio in Los Angeles, CA. She earned her Masters in Architecture (M.Arch) from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-ARC) in 1996. Susan worked in the field of education policy before turning to architecture. She received her M.A. from the University of Chicago, Division of Social Sciences, with a focus on public policy. In addition, Susan has a passion for painting. Her work can be seen on the cover of Robert Lemelson’s edited volume “Understanding Trauma,” published by Cambridge University Press.
